“We are a young family with two little boys, and our old fireplace that is our only heat source conked out on the coldest week of the year. We were freezing! Chris adjusted his schedule and fit us in over and beyond his normal work day and was able to get us a new fireplace within a day. He was kind, communicative and approachable, taking time to explain every question we had. When we decided we wanted a fireplace with even more BTUs, Chris got right on it, and ordered a new fireplace for us. Now we are all toastier than ever and so grateful to Chris. “Hi Adam:

Thank you for asking. We have found all your staff to be very good at their jobs but, of all of them, it was Chris who really stood out.

We found him to be prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and he went out of his way to fix things when there was an installation problem. our installation took place on a Friday afternoon, and it was significantly more complicated than was expected. This required far more time than was allotted for the job. Despite this, Chris worked the extra time to make things work for us, this despite it making it late for him to return home to his young family.

All in all, a job well done, with a positive attitude and a sense of humour. What more could one ask of a person?
